Who this privacy policy covers
This policy applies to the website of Platinum Pest Management LLC, a family-owned pest control company in Mesa, Arizona, and to the information people send us through it. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Platinum Pest Management LLC.
What information we collect
When someone fills out the contact form, we receive what is entered in these fields:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- City
- Service needed
- Message
The form also records which page of the website it was sent from, so we know what the person was reading when they contacted us.
Like most websites, this site collects basic analytics as people browse. That includes the pages viewed and how long visitors stay, the website or search that led them here, and the type of device and browser. It can also include an approximate location, such as the city, based on the visitor's IP address. We look at this information in summary form to see which pages are useful, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
People who call or text us directly share whatever information they choose to give, such as an address or details about a pest problem.
How we use the information
Platinum Pest Management uses the information people send us to:

Whether we sell or share personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not give or rent it to other companies for their own marketing.
A few outside companies handle information on our behalf so the website and the business can run. Form submissions are delivered to us by a third-party form service. Website analytics are provided by Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies and processes data under Google's privacy policy. Our email and phone providers also handle messages as part of normal business operations, and each provider receives only the information it needs to provide its service.
Information may also be disclosed when the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect the rights or safety of our customers, our staff or the public.
Phone calls and text messages
By entering a phone number in the contact form, a person agrees that Platinum Pest Management may call or text that number about the request, including scheduling, appointment reminders and follow-up on service. Agreeing to calls and texts is not a condition of buying any service. Message and data rates may apply, and how often we send messages depends on the request.
Replying STOP to any text from us ends text messages. To stop calls as well, tell us by phone or text and we will note it on the account.
How long we keep information
Contact form submissions are kept as long as we need them to respond and follow up. For customers, we keep contact details and service records as long as the business needs them and as long as tax, licensing and other legal rules require. Analytics data is kept under the analytics provider's retention settings. Once information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify a person.
How we protect information
Access to customer information is limited to the people at Platinum Pest Management who need it for their work, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No website, email account or form service is completely secure, so please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through the contact form.
Children's privacy
This website is meant for adults arranging pest control for a home or business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us information can call (480) 518-1942, and we will delete it.
How to see or delete your information
Anyone can ask to see the personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (480) 518-1942, or send the request through the form on our contact page, with your name and the phone number or email address you used, so we can find the records. Before acting on a request, we may need to confirm the identity of the person asking.
Some records cannot be deleted right away. Service records and records of pest control treatments may need to be kept for legal and licensing reasons, and we will explain if that applies.
Changes to this privacy policy
This policy may be updated as the website or the business changes, and changes take effect when the updated policy is posted here.
